Vector Scientific, Inc. (VSI) Akshara Sreedhar, M.S. and Tim McCleary to Participate in CDLA Trial Academy
The Colorado Defense Lawyers Association (CDLA) Annual Trial Academy will be held April 7-9, 2022. The Trial Academy is a three-day workshop created to help young attorneys develop trial skills through a combination of lectures, practicum exercises, and a mock trial. Attendees are awarded approximately 25 hours of CLE credits including 1 Ethics credit.
This year’s program was organized by Brendan O. Powers and Stuart Jorgensen with lectures and mentored exercises led by Jan Spies, Brad Ross-Shannon, Karen Wheeler, Rebecca Wagner, Billy-George Hertzke, and Chris Witte. The final day of the Trial Academy includes a mock trial of a motor vehicle accident case.
Vector Scientific, Inc. (VSI) Biomechanical Engineer Akshara Sreedhar will role-play as an expert witness and Tim McCleary will join a panel of mock jurors who will mock decide the case.
